Contract.

Your contract is with Wilderness Winners Safari (hereinafter referred to as “WWS” or “we”). Please carefully review the following terms and conditions, which apply to all bookings and correspondence with us. By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, which constitute a binding agreement between you and WWS.

Booking Procedure.

WWS will tailor your holiday to meet your specific requirements. A binding contract between us is formed when:

• We receive a deposit of 30% of the quoted price, or
• We receive full payment for the holiday if the booking is made less than 45 days before your departure date.

No contract exists until we receive these payments. Full payment is required 45 days before departure. Failure to make full payment by this time may result in the cancellation of your booking, subject to cancellation charges as outlined below.

Medical Conditions and Disabilities.

If you or any member of your party have any medical conditions or disabilities that may affect your holiday, please inform us before confirming your booking. We must reserve the right to decline bookings or cancel them if we are unable to accommodate specific needs due to a lack of information provided at the time of booking.

Payment Terms.

Tour packages are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit, with the balance due 45 days before arrival. Cancellation fees apply as detailed below.

Cancellation Policy.

• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to departure will incur a 20% retention fee.
• Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to departure will incur a 50% retention fee.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to departure will result in a 100% retention fee, and all outstanding payments will become due immediately.
• If a replacement is found no less than 14 days before departure, no retention fee will be applied; otherwise, a 100% cancellation penalty will apply.

Amendments.

Any amendments to your itinerary after deposit payment will be accommodated, subject to a fee based on the nature of the changes.

Marketing.

WWS reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken during tours for marketing and advertising purposes. By participating in our tours, you consent to the use of such media material.

Payment Method.

• Online Credit Card: Paying with a credit card incurs a 3.5% bank surcharge. This method allows for swift confirmation of reservations without extensive bank procedures.
• Wire Transfer: Alternatively, you can choose to make payment via wire transfer. Please contact us for our bank details if you prefer this method.

Why Use Credit Card Payment?

Credit card payment is the quickest way to confirm reservations, ensuring prompt processing. The 3.5% bank charge is levied by financial institutions, not by WWS.
